Prepare & share a meal in well equipped kitchen w/ large dining space or head to picturesque Pine St to eat & shop. Charm of a quaint beach home with everything you need; wi-fi, TVs, full kitchen, washer & dryer, & plenty of eating space. Parking available for 2 vehicles. All the modern essentials while providing the quintessential small town beach retreat feel!

-Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom w/ walk-in shower and double sink vanity
-Second Bedroom: King bed, shares the hallway bathroom w/shower/bath
-Third Bedroom: Two Twin over Twin Bunk beds, shares the hallway bathroom w/shower/bath

Beach towels, chairs, and wagon are provided.

This home has been a vacation rental property since 2020 and has just moved to private management. Please reach out to me with any questions you may have.

This home does not allow pets.

There is a ring door camera and cameras in the backyard.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

This is a residential area. Keep noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
