Unassuming from the outside, BUT...very nice, new and clean on the inside. Very comfortable mattresses! Vaulted ceiling. All the amenities as listed, and more! Nice pool; it's small but hardly anybody uses it. Ridiculously short walk to the beach and no crossing Coastal Highway - a huge Plus! Ceiling fans and new appliances. Wrap-around balcony with chairs provided an outdoor hangout spot to watch life go by. We would definitely return.
