Spacious chic unit in the central hub of Palm Bay! Private entrance/kitchen/closet/living room. Location is a 7-min walk to AGUILA ( a small food market), 15 min drive or less to local eats/restaurants and shopping mall. As well as a 20 min drive to Melbourne Beach, and 45 mins to Cocoa Beach. 1-hour drive to Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, and Orlando International Airport. Whether relaxing or exploring Palm Bay and beyond, this space and location offers comfort and convenience! Welcome!

Please park on the right side of the driveway. Entrance is in front of house. Outdoor dining area and laundry room are shared spaces
