Location is a 7-min walk to AGUILA ( a small food market), 15 min drive or less to local eats/restaurants and shopping mall. As well as a 20 min drive to Melbourne Beach, and 45 mins to Cocoa Beach. 1-hour drive to Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, and Orlando International Airport. Whether relaxing or exploring Palm Bay and beyond, this space and location offers comfort and convenience! Welcome!
