Completely renovated in 2022 , this 656 square foot apartment with high ceilings that will make you feel right at home. Zen style, you will have a pleasant and memorable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the apartment and a perfect workspace as well. The apartment is perfect for 4 people and has 2 separated bedrooms for privacy with a television 50 inch in each bedroom. Rooftop terrace access from May to October . 10-15 min away from downtown by Metro or by car

Beaubien and Jean-Talon Metro stations are located a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. City parking is available in front of the rear entrance of the accommodation.

Created in 1959, the Plaza has been characterized since 1984 by its canopy (glass roof) which was redone in 2019-2020, sheltering the two sidewalks of rue Saint-Hubert over a distance of 1.2 km. It brings together all kinds of shops and services (clothing, shoes, furniture, restaurants, bookstores, photo shop, pharmacy, food, bars, etc.). Public transport: bicycles, metro and bus.

The apartment is located near the Beaubien and Jean-Talon metro stations (orange line) at more or less 10 min walk.
-Smoking is prohibited in any area of the apartment, specifically inside and outside, including entrance, and common areas.

-No parties, no events aloud no noise after 11 pm The number of guests must not exceed reservation.

-This regulation applies to you as well as your guests and / or visitors. If this norm is not respected, these are the consequences:
1. You will be automatically charged a $ 500 fine.
2. You and your companions will be invited to leave the apartment without any right to reimbursement.

-Please do not use towels nor any other linens in the unit to remove make-up or clean other substances (If towels and bed sheets are stained you will be automatically changed to replace them )

-Pets are not allowed.

-No shoes in the apartment it is important to respect the neighbours by respecting all our rules as you have agreed before booking with us.

-Check out 11:00 am the day of your departure , It is important not to have the cleaning wait outside extra fees will apply if they wait.

Very clean and well appointed. Roof top patio a bonus. Great location for shopping, restaurants and close to the Jean-Talon market and Metro.
