Entry codes will be provided day of arrival once property is ready

Welcome book with wifi and local information will be inside rental

Please note a starter set of supplies are left for your arrival. Anything beyond what is left renters are responsible for providing. Starter set includes. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small hand soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, small dish soap and 2 pods for dishwasher.

Pools are heated October - April at no additional costs. Full disclosure if temperate drop below 60 heaters do not work at full capacity fighting the ambient temp. Below 60 the heaters do not come on until temperatures rise
Please Remember: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level. Noise ordinance is in effect 10pm to 7am. Excessive and unreasonable noise can result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and clean - it was exactly as described. The pool area was great - the weather was chilly so didn't get to use the pool - but the hot tub was a huge bonus!! We had a few minor problems but Amanda handled them quickly - she was always just a text away and made our stay comfortable. Anna Maria is a beautiful area! The beach was within walking distance which was awesome! Lots of nice restaurants and shops. The only thing that would have been nice is if the house had either another fridge or an ice maker!

This was a family spring break trip (had to make last minute changes to avoid Mexico). We enjoyed every minute of our vacation, so much so that we wanted to extend our stay! The property is beautiful and had everything we needed for hanging out, cooking, lounging by the pool, sleeping, showering, etc. We did have to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap and fabric softener, as the provided supplies were not enough. The bbq grill is not the best, so don’t buy expensive steaks, you will be disappointed. Location is key when on vacation and this property is perfect. A 5-minute walk to the beach. We did not have major issues, just the hot tub not heating. The host was very responsive and sent a tech out the same day we communicated with her. All in all, a great place to stay.
