The house features 2 Master Bedrooms with 1 King and 1 Queen Bed and 2 Bedrooms with Twin Beds. The loft features a Queen Size Futon and the Great Room features a Queen Size Sofa Bed.
2 Large driveways, a private yard, private swimming pool and a 40 ft. long porch greets you as you enter the property. A true beach house, the house is decorated in a comfortable 'beach style' but with all of the amenities you would expect- high speed wireless internet, flat screen Hi Def TV's with premium cable service, fully equipped Kitchen and laundry, as well as everything needed to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
You will find rocking chairs on the front porch and a table and chairs on the back porch. The pool features full privacy with a waterfall and a full compliment of items designed to enhance your vacation including plenty of tables and chairs and 2 Weber Grills.

Perfect Vacation Home!

Absolute Beachy was the perfect vacation home for our party of 9! The home includes all the amenities of home! There was an abundance of pool and beach toys which were a huge hit with our 5 kids. The private pool was a must with the August heat and you cannot beat the location and close proximity to shopping, restaurants and especially the beach. The listing was spot on with details about the home. Danette was very helpful prior to and during our trip with recommendations for golf, restaurants and dishing charters as well as answers to our questions during our stay. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our return!

Perfect vacation

Perfect getaway with family and friends

This property was perfect in every way! You cannot beat the location of this home, it is close to the beach and town. My teenagers loved being able to bike ride to the stores and beach and have the freedom to go on their own. I loved the peaceful, family friendly vibe of the area, it was just what we needed. Our group celebrated Easter and one of friends son's 16th birthday while we were there and none of us wanted to leave. Even looked into buying our own beach house. 100% satisfied and would stay here again.

Beautiful Home and Beach Access

We had a wonderful stay at the property and enjoyed the spacious home, well stocked kitchen and heated pool! It was delightful to take a quick walk to the beach in the morning to see the sun rise- truly a gem of a home with wonderful owners!

We have been renting this property for over 20 years and recently purchased our dream beach home. We have lived in Cincinnati, OH for 24 years and vacationed in Hilton Head for more. When not working our full-time careers, we enjoy spending time with our family and friends. The previous owners of this property have been gracious in helping us to make this a smooth transition and continue to provide an excellent experience for our guests. Our goal is to make your stay at our house as enjoyable as possible so that you will want to return year after year. We hope you enjoy your time here!

Why they chose this property

We started vacationing as a family in Hilton Head when our children were babies and fell in love with the island. We returned every year and kept renting the same property because of the location to the beach, bike path, shopping and restaurants. We are grateful to own this gem. We love this house and location and hope after you have visited with us that you will feel the same way.

What makes this property unique

The location and layout of our house is what drew us to this property. With your own house and pool you have the privacy of your own yard, yet it is only a one minute walk to the uncrowded beach. Coligny Shopping area is only a 5 minute walk. Our location allows many of our guests to park their car the entire week and either walk or bike to everywhere they need to go. Many of our guests return year after year.
