GREAT WEEKEND OR MINI-WEEK GETAWAY! Just minutes to the open bay for great fishing! This multi-level townhouse is located on the bayside with a boat dock just a short drive to the beach. 3 Queen Beds, 1 Pyramid Bunk. Occupancy 8. 2 TV's, 1 DVD, Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, water views from the 3 decks, central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher and community pool. Guest may use boat slips in Bethany Marina but must provide proof of insurance and registration before use. Registration must be current and the liability insurance must be $100,000 or more. Guest must provide documentation before they get a key to the boat ramp or access to the slip. Guest must also complete and return the Bethany Marina Townhome Assoc Trailer Parking Lot Registration prior to arrival.

It’s a lovely clean home. Plenty of room for 6 of us, but probably much better for folks with a boat than without.

Great house - bad property manager

The property itself was great! Way better than the pictures online. The property is managed by a third party management company and was a complete nightmare to deal with. You will get A LOT of emails from the company that don't tell you a whole lot and you have to check in through their system. I never received a notification that I could check in, even though I was told to wait for a text to check in. You have to pay online through their system. They did not give the accurate address for the property either and it caused a lot of confusion. The house was great though. Well worth the trouble dealing with the property manager.

4th of july stay at ocean view

Overall, we had a great time. The condo slept 8 people perfectly and the neighborhood was great. Our biggest complaint would be that the property was not stocked with any toilet paper, trash bags, or paper towels. This should have been included that we needed to bring our own because it left us in a bind when we realized there was not any.

Perfect for two families!

Perfect setup for a quick trip for two families. Our girls had a LAX tournament and this was much more convenient and spacious than a two hotel rooms.

House was well equipped, large, it rained all day Sat. couldn't sit on the decks the rain just poured thru from the deck above. Neighboring units had ceilings with down spouts. Would have been nice!
