A great beach home offers 7 bedrooms and 6 Baths plus playroom. All the necessities include a dishwasher, washer-dryer, WiFi, central air conditioning, screened porch and decks. Located in the premier community of North Shores featuring a community pool and private north shores beach. Tennis available for hourly fee. Community is next to Delaware State Park for biking and hiking. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS, entrance ramp and an elevator to access all three floors. Some bathrooms have hold bars at the including in the shower and some showers have roll-in access and seating. Please note: not all areas of the home is accessible. Refundable 500.00 security deposit. ALLERGY ALERT: owner has pet. Beds: 3 Kings, Queen, Double, 7 Singles, Double Sofa. Occupancy limit 18. wheelchair accessible.
