The pictures online look bigger. Bedrooms were so small, there was barely any room to walk around the beds.Top bunk of bunkbed was very wobbly, so none of my kids felt safe sleeping in it, especially with other kids on the bed under it. My son slept on the sofa, which was a very small sectional. Each little section was separate and would slide apart when you moved. When I reached out to the rental manager, Mia, she told me they inspected it the day before we came and that the renters before us said it was fine. Instead of taking my word for it, she was very defensive and denied any offering of credit to us for one of the beds not being safe. A little while later, she sent a man over to deliver some kitchen towels we requested, and we thanked him and he left. She messaged me back and said she couldn't help us any further because we refused to let the man in the house to inspect the bed. I explained that the man said nothing to us about checking the bed and my son-in-law spoke spanish with him, so there wasn't a language barrier or any misunderstanding on our part.He came back 2 days later, tightened it a little, but screws were stripped, so still not sturdy. Some other things to expect at this home are:Showers are luke warm, not hotNo pot holders or hand mitts for the ovenNo baking dishesOnly 2 bath towels per bedroom, so prepare to wash towels continuallyHeated pool isn't really heated (80 is cold for water temps, so definitely no swimming in the winter!)
