Host was very tentative! Everything was very well decorated, new, and clean! Home was very tidy and had everything you would ever need! We had a fantastic time and my kids loved that there was a PS5.

We had a good stay with plenty of room for my family. Cons: The trees out front are pretty however, they are a nightmare of a mess and make a mess of the floors and your car. I had to vacuum the floors inside house twice in 4 days. The house could use a good spring cleaning. The couch had dog prints on it and the couch cover was dirty. The thermostat has a mind of it's own and turns up on you while you are sleeping. Pros: It is located very close to the Phillies Spring Training facility. It is a very quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. The beds were all clean thank goodness.

This house was beautiful, comfortable, and a perfect escape. The weather wasn’t nice, so we had to spend a lot of time indoors unexpectedly, but this truly was a great place to do it. The hot tub is covered and private so the rain didnt get in the way of enjoying it and the best part? The beds are extremely comfortable which I find to be a rare treat with rentals! All in all a lovely stay and would surely come back in the future for another getaway.

Great location, beautiful home and amenities. The step down to the laundry area and into the master bedroom are dangerous and need fixed asap, but I was extremely impressed with the house and yard in general
