Wish it could have been for longer.

Unfortunately our stay was only for one night. The space was great. With an outstanding view from the primary bedroom. The kitchen was set up well and there was a lot of information on local activities. Debra was phenomenal and helped us get settled in.

Our only regret is that we could not stay longer than one night. The property owner was fantastic. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. If you have the opportunity to stay in this welcoming home, be sure to take it.

Killarney National Park

We were only here one night but wished we could have stayed longer. The host was lovely and provided several special touches for us. The home was perfect. The home is a bit outside of Killarney but we were able to spend some time in the park and town (worth the drive in our opinion). Again, we loved this home and leg of our journey!

Magnificent

If you are going to Killarney and the Dingle peninsula this is an ideal location. The house is beautiful, clean, large rooms. If you have a family it has a huge kitchen with everything you need. Debra is a perfect host. Gave us great advice. And even offered to start us a fire. We were greeted by cows across the street in the morning. Wish we could have stayed longer. I'll try to post pics. Having trouble doing this on my phone. Thanks debra advice. info about the area.Debramer us

Great house in a beautiful setting and convenient location. I overlooked in the description but important to note the host, Debra, lives upstairs. She is absolutely lovely and checked in on us during the storm to see if we needed anything. This was a last minute booking that saved our trip!

Beautiful setting close to Killarney and Killorglin. Lots of room to spread out and everything was very well stocked for a stay. Owner is very welcoming and happy to provide any information and give suggestions. Only downsides for us were the en suite bathroom is very small and some things could use a bit of upgrading.

Perfect Host and local home

Great host and very relaxing house

This is a lovely memory of Ireland for us and especially the warm welcome from Deborah. It is a very comfortable and well equipped house. We did not need 3 bedrooms but as my husband was feeling unwell we appreciated the space and the sunny rooms in wonderful weather. Deborah was very kind to give recommendations including Kate Kearney’s cottage Irish Night. The surrounding area is beautiful. Highly recommend if you like to be out of the town centre. Check out the stars at night!

Enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable and spacious house. Debra was a delight to meet and happy to suggest places to eat and visit. She has lots of information booklets on the area to use. This is a good location to start the Ring of Kerry which we did and were lucky to have perfect weather to view and it’s spectacular.

Great zcountry Location with a very Friendly Host

We stayed here with family and were very comfortable. The location, yard and home were lovely. The host had lots of information for things to do in the area and was very helpful when we asked for local restaurants and a grocery store. The only thing we missed when booking was that the listing clearly says that there is a washer but no dryer so be aware of that if laundry is needed. She had three drying racks for indoors and a line outside if the weather is nice. The plumbing is quirky and very different from the States but nothing we couldn’t work around.

I love to travel and have visited many parts of the world. I work as a local tourist adviser in the Reeks District Visitors Centre. I have vast knowledge of the local area, Ring of Kerry, Dingle, Killarney and things to see as you move on to see Ireland.

Why they chose this property

Ideally located near Killorglin on the Ring of Kerry, also near Killarney, Dingle and Tralee. The house has majestic views of the Mcgillycuddy Reeks and Irelands Highest Mountain.
Located in a tranquil rural setting on a one acre garden. You will enjoy spacious living quarters, open fireplace, large bedrooms and a peaceful patio to enjoy the starry skies on the verge of the Dark Sky reserve (only reserve in the northern hemisphere)
