My husband and I are originally from Texas. We have lived in Florida and Colorado, but our family is here in Texas so we decided to settle down here for good.

Why they chose this property

After living in Florida for seven years and upon returning the Texas my husband said he had to be near the water so we discovered San Leon, which is a little diamond in the rough

What makes this property unique

Most of the materials used outside on our property is recycled and reclaimed from hurricane Ian in Florida. There’s a fishing pier we brought back, a boardwalk and lots lots more.
