Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. This is enforced by the city.

A gentle reminder, absolutely no smoking inside the property, no pets or parties allowed. A minimum fee of $300 will be applied for any violations of the house rules.

BUGS: As a reminder, South Florida is a humid climate year round, which bugs love. We pest control spray our properties on a regular basis to prevent bugs as best possible. However, because of the South Florida climate, we can not guarantee that bugs won't randomly appear. Please keep doors closed to minimize this.

HURRICANE SEASON: June 1st- November 30th. We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters.

The host was very responsive but we did not have hot water to take a bath (only luke warm). They said they brought a plumber in to fix the water issue but it did not help. The knob to the bath facet was then broke and still no hot water. The place was nice and cute, but I am a bath person so not having hot water for 2 days to take a bath was a downer for me..If they can get the hot water issue fixed I would recommend this place!

This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I would strongly caution others before booking this property.From the moment we arrived, the home was not up to standard. The pool was visibly dirty with debris and cloudy water, which made it unpleasant to use despite being a major feature of the listing. The dishwasher had standing water, the bottom rack was broken, and it did not function properly. There were also general cleanliness issues throughout the home that made it clear the property had not been properly prepared for guests.The most unacceptable part of our stay was a scheduled showing that took place while we were there. Approximately six strangers entered the property while we were inside, including while some members of our group were getting dressed. This was a serious invasion of privacy and completely inappropriate for a rental that is supposed to provide exclusive use of the space. Several members of our group felt so uncomfortable that they chose to leave early.We made multiple attempts to contact the host through the Vrbo messaging system and received no response at all. Even after escalating the issue, the host has taken no responsibility and has declined to provide any refund.Between the condition of the property, the complete lack of communication, and the unacceptable breach of privacy, this experience fell far below expectations. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to others.

Nice property

Everything was good check in was easy. Communication was great and fast response. Only thing the WiFi kept disconnecting or was weak signaled in one of the rooms the other rooms it worked fine. And the grill was out of propane and wish tvs was in all bedrooms overall great stay and will book again
