Welcome to Coastal Escapes at the Reserve!
This property is absolutely perfect – wonderful South-Island location, ideal for FLETC and amazingly upgraded and updated!

This home features bright, beach décor and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is seating at the dining room table for 6 – with four additional seats at the kitchen bar.
You will definitely love the den area with abundant room to curl up and watch TV or read a book! Just outside the den is a wonderful patio area with a gas fire pit and nice gas grill - perfect for a cookout.
The Master bedroom has a King bed, large65 "TV, and large en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks, separate bathtub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a 42" TV and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a queen bed and 42" TV. There is an additional full bath upstairs.
506 Reserve has a single garage with a long driveway for an additional vehicle. This is a great property in a wonderful location close to grocery stores, shopping and the beach!
