PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book/check in. Reservations by those under 25 will be canceled.
You’ll receive all check-in information via email, including your access code for the electronic door lock. The access code will be sent on the day of check-in to the email address you provided when booking. When you arrive, please stop by the front office to check in and pick up parking passes for each vehicle. Be prepared to provide the license plate number, make, and model for each vehicle in your group. We’re here to help get you settled in, then we’ll give you space to relax and enjoy your stay. Turn off all lights, and leave the ceiling fans on. Please lock the deadbolt for the back patio/balcony. The front door will auto-lock when closed.

Perfect family getaway

This beachfront property was perfect for what we were looking for. We had just enough space for everyone. We loved the pool and the rinse off stations accessible after hanging out on the beach all day. It was just a short walk to access the beach, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The weather was perfect so we got to enjoy the beach, the pool, and even the playground. My favorite part was being able to all sit on the very comfy couch together and relax after a busy day! We will definitely be back again!

Nice place could use some improvements

Nice but the electric did go off for about 3 or 4 hours. And the water was turned off to the unit 7 minutes before checkout time which was inconvenient because we needed the water at the end to clean up.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at The Pelican Condos. It was a great location and our condo was clean and comfortable. The beach theme decor was nice. The grounds were well kept and the walk to the beach was much better than some we’ve stayed at. I had contacted the property to find out what kind of coffee maker was in our condo because I wanted to know what kind of coffee to bring (the description wasn’t specific and it wasn’t in any pictures). I was told it was a Keurig, but when we got there, it’s was a regular coffee maker so we didn’t bring the right coffee. It would be nice if it was in the description so that people know without guessing. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
