Okay place to stay if you dont mind finding rat droppings in a couple of places. Check in process was terrible, the host failed to send check in procedures prior to arrival so when our flight was delayed for 10 hours and tried contacting him at 530 am there was no answer. He replied with "check in is at 3pm" and my reply was "no, check in instructions should be available to check in anytime after check in time". We had to rent a hotel room for a few hours to get some sleep because he was not going to be available until 1pm. We decided to go about our day and when we arrived at the property at night we found a couple of rat droppings not many but we did. At this point we didnt even care, we just went to sleep and left the next day. He did accommodate late check out in order for us to get our stuff after being out in town. I usually only rent from places that have reviews but decided to get a new vrbo host a chance, next time if there are no reviews I wont rent!.
