***LGBTQ+ friendly home. 17yr old House Cat lives here*** Welcome to Miss Fancy. This victorian home was built in the late 1800's and has been everything from a spa to a brothel to a BnB. This home is currently used part time as a photo studio for Madison Hurley Photography!
The cottage is located right off Historic Bathhouse Row on Central Avenue in downtown Hot Springs and is walking distance from many restaurants and shopping spots. No children allowed due to house cat, breakables, and vintage furniture.

We loved staying in this historical house! I am allergic to cats, but I had zero issues and was able to close the bedroom door when needed. The owner was super nice and very quick to respond to my messages.If you are staying in the area, I would highly recommend! Very walkable location!

Maybe the best place I have ever stayed. The home is cozy, welcoming, expertly styled, and feels like a different time while still having modern conveniences (like good AC!). Leo the kitty is the best - she’s so sweet! I have been raving about this place to everyone and can’t wait to visit again.

The host was very easy to work with and the place was so neat! Lots of very eclectic and fun decorations. Walkable to and from downtown which was very convenient. And we loved Princess Leo the cat and miss her already!

beautiful historic house located on a bluff right in town with covered parking short walk to restaurants shopping and bath houses house filled with unique and wonderful art host is very helpful and easy to communicate with highly recommended

The house is lovely. It is walking distance to bath house row, shops and excellent restaurants. Leo is a sweetie. He slept on my stomach twice and took a nap with my Granddaughter. The host was very helpful and answered texts immediately. We look forward to coming back.

We absolutely loved our short stay here in Hot Springs! It was such a convenient space to all the things to do downtown. The detail and care that is obvious in the home add to its charm. It created a warm, welcoming vibe that took us to another place. Madison was helpful and easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a space that truly allows you to step outside of daily life for a moment, this property should definitely make your list.

Getaway with the husband

This beautiful cottage is just 2 blocks from bathhouse row. A very romantic 1940/50s pin-up-era retreat that embraces all the charming details. Plus the stay comes with Miss Leo.. most darling little kitty

Listing is true to life and Leo is a pleasure to have around.

We loved everything about the property! It was way better than a hotel and the host is very kind. 5 more stars for Leo who cuddled with us the entire night. We felt right at home. We were only there a day but this place made us want to stay a few more!

This place is a dream!!! Everything was exceptional!! Every little touch and detail, right down to the house kitty Leo. She slept with us every night. She loves to cuddle!! Our stay at Miss Fancy was exactly what we needed. The home has an awesome Pin up Girl theme that gave us a feeling of “girl power”. There are well cared for plants in each room, including the giant bathtub upstairs. Miss Leo the house cat was the cherry on top. We didn’t have to drive at all since the house is walking distance to everything we needed. We had delicious cocktails at The Ohio Club, Rooftop Bar, & The Vault. The tamale bites at Diablo are a must have! We took the time to learn all sorts of local history and finished our tip with a massage at Quapaw Bathhouse. Thank you for sharing your sweet home with us.

This place is a treasure. Beautiful antique and vintage furnishings and decor. Some highlights for me were sleeping in a half-tester bed (my dream bed), the jaw droppingly beautiful ceiling medallion and chandelier in the bedroom , the coveted Hot Springs vintage souvenir pillow cover. (I collect them) and most of all the cherished Princess Leo. I miss her . I also enjoyed relaxing on the upper floor deck. SO peaceful. Loved the boho decor and the view. This place has everything you need. Great location. Close to all of the attractions on Central Ave. Very clean. Madison and Nic are wonderful hosts. Very friendly. Great communication. I totally enjoyed my stay there. Wish I could have stayed longer. I would absolutely stay there again.
