El vecindario es uno concurrido en especial los fines de semana por su cercanía a la playa. Se recomienda como en cualquier lugar asegurar sus pertenencias con llave ya sea en los vehiculos y la casa. Recuerda NO dejar pertenencias visibles que llamen la atención en los vehiculos.

The neighborhood is a busy one especially on weekends due to its proximity to the beach. It is recommended as anywhere to secure your belongings with a key either in the vehicles and the house. Remember NOT to leave visible belongings that attract attention in the vehicles.

La casa cuenta con cuatro estacionamientos privados frente a la residencia. No hay transporte público pero hay servicio de TAXI en el área.

The house has four private parking spaces in front of the residence. There is no public transportation but there is TAXI service in the area.

El área esta siendo desarrollada por dueños de propiedades para mejoras de las propiedades y puede haber ruidos en ocasiones entre 8 am a 3pm. Nos disculpamos de este ser el caso.

The area is being developed by property owners for property improvements and there can be noise at times between 8am to 3pm. We apologize for this being the case.

We’ll provide you with a starter kit that includes towel paper, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, clean bath towels, and clean beach towels. Please remember that it`s your responsibility to replace these items as needed during your stay. Thank you!
