This vacation home comfortably sleeps 14 in 6 bedrooms split among 3 levels and has WiFi, a pool table, a ping pong table, hot tub for 6, smart TVs in every bedroom. Easily accommodates 2-3 families with lots of parking, 2 family rooms, 3 coffeemakers, icemaker, and 2 refrigerators. Discount for Fire, Police and Military. For 3D/Virtual Reality tour of the home visit.

The sleeping for 14 is as follows:
- Main Level: king (1), queen (1), and 4 bunk beds built into the wall.
- Second Level: queen (1) plus 2nd family room has a sleeper sofa
- Third Level: queen (1) and twin (2)

The kitchen has Kenmore Elite appliances with a double oven. Home comfortably seats 16 for dining - 6 at the breakfast table in the kitchen and 10 in the dining room.

For outside entertainment: Dine on the elevated deck, relax in the brand new hot tub for six, sit by the firepit and roast marshmallows, or enjoy the screened-in porch. The house also comes with access for your entire group to the Stonewall Terrace swimming pool and we provide the beach towels.

For inside entertainment: relax in the 2 family rooms with Blue-Ray/DVD players and big screen TVs, play the huge selection of DVDs and board games, watch smart TVs in every room (with WiFi), play pool at the pool table in the 2nd family room, or play ping pong.

No need to pack any linens - we provide all sheets, blankets, towels and beach towels. We also provide certain condiments and spices, and "starter" trashbags, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, hand and body soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo.

There is ample parking - 2 driveways and an area across the street.

10% discount offered for fire, police, and military provided that the reservation is made in the name of the person whose name is on the government-issued, active ID. A copy of the ID must be provided with a copy of the rental agreement when making the reservation for the discount to apply.

Pets welcome with certain limitations - please provide details about the furry guests before booking.

If reserving for only a 2 night stay, must have at least one 5-star review to help us enforce our no-party rule.

This lovely home is so welcoming, spacious, clean, and fun for our large family. The kids had so much fun playing ping pong, pool or family games that they had available. Michael was attentive and responded before, during and after our stay. We highly recommend this home!

We had our family of Eleven there from four different states, and we all loved the house and location. When we arrived there was a welcome basket for the Loosen family which was a very nice touch. We had a great stay at this home - host was easy to communcate with - only downfall for us was mobility issues with us being older - steep driveway and firepit is down a steep hill - lots of stairs but should have realized since its a tri level - house is very clean - i would recommend new bed pillows but besides that no issues - our family would stay again - thank you

Perfect stay for our large group celebrating JMU Graduation

This beautiful home was without a doubt the cleanest and the best floor plan of any rental in which we have ever stayed. We had gatherings with young and older adults. Everyone had a place to hang out and enjoy each other's company. The kitchen is a terrific size and was perfect for feeding our large group. Plenty of bathrooms so getting ready for our graduation events was never an issue. We would stay here again.

Family Christmas

We had a great vacation in Massanutten. The house absorbed 10 of us easily and gave us plenty of space to be together as well as to spread out as needed. The kitchen was well equipped for the special meals we’d planned to cook together. The pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, games, smart tvs, fire pit, and bar gave us all lots of opportunities for fun. The views of the surrounding mountains out the back windows were beautiful. All in all, a great stay!

Awesome!

We so enjoyed our stay at this home! Clean, well-furnished and spacious! We were a group of 9, 7 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms worked out well. The two large den areas gave us plenty of space to spread out. We used the dining room table for a jigsaw puzzle and still had plenty of room at the kitchen dining table. The hosts were quick to respond when we had questions. Overall, just a great experience!

Had siz teens, 3 from 2010, 3 from 2007. They hd plenty to do with the adults with the house as home base. They all enjoyed the hot tub. kitchen was great with top of the line equipment. The teen all enjoyed the large shower in the master suite.thank you

Outstanding Property for Our 25th Anniversary Golf Outing

My friends and I had a GREAT stay and the property was the perfect venue for our 25th Anniversary Boondoggle Golf Championship. It was just the right size for the 10 of us. Each of us had a bed and the stay at the property and the Massanutten facilities were Outstanding! Michael and Tearyn Loving are FABULOUS hosts and were extremely accommodating to work with in preparation for this event. This property provided us a great location to access all the Golf Facilities at Massanutten as well as Greene Hills Golf Club in Stanardsville, VA. Overall a tremendous time was had by each of us at Massanutten, VA and in Stanardsville, VA!

Perfect Place

The pics and description really don't do this home justice. It's much better than as described. It is fully stocked with everything you should need, from extra blankets to games to ice to well...everything. There were 10 of us and we had space to spread out AND space to come together. The home was clean, nothing was broken or in poor condition and the owners were very responsive. This is a place we could come back to.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely spacious house. We had 8 adults and 4 younger children and we found lots of places to be entertained. Some of us played games at the dining room table, others enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub was a hit, the screened in porch was a quiet place, and we all gathered in the great room. The extra full-size refrigerator in the lower level came in handy, too, as we prepared several meals in-house. The location is perfect – in a quiet wooded area but close to everything in Massanutten. The Welcome Basket was a nice touch filled with goodies that we all enjoyed. Thank you and we liked it enough to consider returning at some point in the future.

Amazing rental property

This property was so much better in person than the pictures showed (and the pictures were pretty good). Extremely spacious home that has multiple "zones" for people to sit and visit. This was an excellent feature for our group of friends, as it allowed people to have privacy when needed. Several awesome gathering spots for the whole group with a great pool table and a ping pong table. The fire pit was a little bit of hike down and up, but 100% worth it. The kitchen is loaded and very well organized. We cooked every meal at the home and it didn't take longer than a few seconds to find anything we needed. The owners were extremely helpful and fast in their communication. I would book this house again in a second.

Great set-up for our family-3 floors

We vacationed in this Mansanutten home for a week in July/August. We were 3 generations, grandparents, daughters with spouses and two grandchildren. We loved the very comfortable home set up over 3 floors. The kids each slept well with their own top bunks, parents next door. The couple with no children had the bottom floor to themselves and grandparents enjoyed the master bedroom with an exceptionally premium king sized mattress. We took advantage of all of the activities that the house had to offer, pool and ping pong tables, outside firepit for roasting marshmallows and a newly cleaned hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked and we did prepare and eat 3 dinners at home and found great restaurants in the surrounding area for a few dinners out. We enjoyed most of the activities that the resort had to offer. A wonderful time was had by all and we will look forward to returning!

We have 3 small kids and love everything that Massanutten has to offer. This house is centrally located among all of Massanutten's attractions and is inside of the gate. The house has 2 driveways plus the garage and a parking area across from the house, so it is easy for us to host our family and friends that come stay with us.
