Lock the doors
Kindly place all trash in the dumpster located at the top of the cul-de-sac before checkout. Thank you for helping us keep the cabin clean!
Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it so we don't attract bugs.
Check to make sure you have all your belongings as we aren't responsible for lost items. There will be a $40 trip charge plus postage if we can locate the item.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely No Pets Of Any Kind (there will be an additional charge of $500 if a pet is brought to the cabin)
No Parties
Hot Tub and minors. I do not take on any liability for unsupervised children. No soap or bubble bath. If water gets low add more or temp will be low.

We had a great stay at bear tracks. The cabin surpassed our expectations. It is far enough away traffic to be quiet at night, but close enough to access everything quickly. Rooms were clean and comfortable and there were more items available for use than we expected. We would definitely book these cabins again.

We had a blast in tennesse ! We loved coming back to a clean very beautiful cabin and a late night dip in the hot tub before bed. Smelled so clean and fresh as aoon as u open the door and reena let us check in early when we arrived which helped out a ton!

Honest opinion

Location was convenient, the cabin itself that’s a different story. Can’t change the temperature on the thermostat. Owner has it blocked, idk why if I’m the one renting it. Main bedroom door doesn’t work properly so any one can just walk in. Both beds had hair on it from previous guest. That’s gross and unhygienic. Nothing in that cabin is sound proof, so if you’re looking for privacy don’t go there with family. Also the ceiling fan shake viciously when trying to use them. Over all I would give a 3/10
