The city of Palm Coast reserves the right to inspect at any reasonable time compliance with occupancy amounts. Rental agreement to be completed by guest and returned to owner at least 3 days before checking in. Please provide email address to receive rental agreement.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave all used linen and towels in the laundry room
Return garage entrance key and garage opener to the vase in the kitchen
Lock pool entrance doors and make sure black pool mesh fence is closed. Turn off any outdoor pool lights
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
