The Art House is the design-forward half of a two-home duplex in North Houston. Open-concept living with plush seating, Smart TVs and original artwork on every wall. The kitchen is fully equipped, with coffee, cookware and condiments already stocked. Upstairs: three bedrooms, including a primary suite with private bath, plus a dedicated workspace that makes a work trip genuinely comfortable. Eighteen minutes to IAH and downtown, so arrival is easy.

The entire home is yours. Nothing is shared and nobody else has a key. - 3-car parking: 1-car garage plus 2-car driveway - Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances - In-unit washer and dryer - Smart TVs in the living area and bedrooms - Fast Wi-Fi throughout - Private backyard Check-in is self-service from 3:00 PM via smart lock. Your unique code arrives before arrival. Garage and gate clickers are waiting inside.
