Host did a great job communicating. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. We had a wonderful time! The resort was an extra bonus and the parks were conveniently located to where we were. Definitely recommend!

The property management team at UNE, especially Maria was so responsive. Any questions we had, she was quick to answer. they were also very accommodating. There was plenty of room to fit our large group. Parking was a breeze and the community pool and gym was a nice amenity.

I stayed here with friends for a business trip in mid-November. The house is well maintained, easy to access and in a very safe area. The interactions from the host were helpful from start to finish. We had a few questions, and she answered them promptly. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen had the basic cooking equipment and utensils, so we were able to cook without issues. The pool would have been nice to enjoy but it was a bit chilly during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Had pool heated and it was very enjoyable. Kids loved it! Kitchen stove top front burners only heated on high and when turned down, they would not lessen the heat. Dryer took many runs to dry towels. Manager had someone look at it. Don’t know if it was repaired as we didn’t use it after that. The host, Maria, was excellent: always answered my ?s and dealt with our needs immediately. Bravo for her!!

So nice. Met our needs! It was our second time back to Storey Lake , 1st time at this home. I really appreciate them installing a gate at the top of the stairs for my 16mo old. He kept trying to climb up them though . Be mindful there are no pans- only pots. I wouldn’t mind staying here again- just looking for more Disney theme next time.
