We rented this villa to escape the frigid weather of the north. It quickly became our home away from home. The house was spacious with 4 comfortable bedrooms. The kichen had an abundance of dishes and cookware. There were multiple TV's and a cabinet full of books & games which we took advantage of. The gameroom was a hit for our family, complete with pool table, foosball and air hockey. The pool is where we spent most of our time, enjoying the abundant sunshine and warm weather. We paid extra to heat the pool which was necessary for that time of year. This house is conveniently located, within easy reach of shopping, marketing & entertainment. The neighborhood was easily walkable and there was a playground a few blocks away. The management office replied to our questions promptly. We have no complaints about our stay here and would definitely rent this villa again.
