Very clean! We had a good experience staying here…will come back if we’re ever in Fayetteville again. It was so nice coming “home” every night. There was a little hiccup with the air conditioning unit but was fixed the next day. Leah was easy to get in touch with and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. :)

Sunnyside Up is a great property! The house was spotlessly clean, exactly as presented on the website and has everything we could possibly need for our 4 night stay. Added plus - the kitchen is enormous and so well equipped, not only with every appliance and gadget imaginable but also a great supply of spices, coffee, tea, hot cocoa and other goodies. Bathrooms are equally well supplied with beautiful bath products and big, fluffy towels. Leah is a perfect host, readily available and responsive. We loved our stay at Sunnyside Up!

Very well equipped. Good to have bathrooms attached to each bedroom. Clean and attractive, quite comfortable. Floor is a little uneven, can throw balance a bit off
