Loved the spot where the cabin was located on the lake. Enjoyed the splash pad and the other cabin amenities. Cozy, yet roomy and perfect for our families idea of a getaway.

The place looked like no one has been there for awhile. The grass was about a foot high,the beds weren't made, some just had a sheet and a blanket, some didn't have anything,had to find things to make beds with. The house was very nice place but someone has to check it and make beds ,etc. We managed to find enough stuff ourselves to make things comfortable and still had good time.

We had a wonderful visit. Communication was excellent, the property is beautiful. The location is prime. The property is stocked with all essentials plus some. This was wonderful time spent with family in a picturesque space. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Great Fishing, Great Time

Enjoyed our time at this property. House was very freshly updated and comfortable. Fishing was pretty good too! Nothing to complain at all. Only challenge was a long tighter driveway with a bigger boat trailer but not a big deal with some trailering experience.

The property is nice. There needs tobe more info on how to operate wifi devices in the house. The management company did not respond to call for lights that could not be turned off. Ryan Aker should never be part of any VRBO issues. Courtney Aker was very understanding of our issues. We cleaned the gas grill that would flame up due to grease build up in the catch pan. Many dirty dishes. Waste take out was confusing on directions provided. Really not 2 docks. No fish cleaning area provided. Driveway is limited for trailers and turning around. Some electrical not completed outside. Kitchen stove could be cleaner. Overall good accomodations. Could accomodate 8 but only 6 kitchen chairs.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home with first class amenities. The property is large, private, and quiet. The boat lift worked well for a rental I got at a nearby marina.
