The house was great, the view was exceptional, the kitchen was equipped better than any rental that I have ever been to, the property manager was very assessable and helpful. The bathroom showers could use updating. A rental car is an absolute necessity.Would highly recommend!!! Thank you Stella...
Wonderful place to visit, need a car though as you are isolated but that’s what we found is nice about it, very modern, great pool, view and wall to wall sunshine, I feel that I have relaxed well.
House and location perfect but no satellite/cable channels as advertised and repeated questions to the manager by phone and text got no reply. Internet was provided by the houses either side so proved to be very intermittent and flaky - not at the property. Again no response from manager so this caused problems for 2 people who had to work while away.

"stunning property "
+ Stunning views, lots of room for all of us as a family of nine.Loads of different levels to spread out on& sunbathe. And a basket ball court for the (children) to play on. Clean & everything you need, there was even a small welcome pack that we were not expecting. Also a few toiletries to get you started. The grounds were very well kept and the pool well looked after but a little cool as it was the begging of the season.
- For the first few days we had no hot water and had to boil the kettle if we needed it which was not ideal when we needed to bath the baby !! We looked round for an override switch but to no avail & we were not told about one when we arrived, we have been to lots of villas over the years and this information is normally given or is in an information pack. Also we booked this villa as it said we could get into the sea via a private walkway but we were not given the keys to the gate, which was quite a let down, as we had brought the older children snorkels to learn with, so we had to drive to the local beaches. Also there is a bed on a mezzanine level which is a good idea but I feel the steps are a little steep, I would only let a teenager sleep up on that level.

My holiday of a lifetime
The Villa Del Mar was like being in paradise. Surrounded by shimmering sea and the added advantage of having an infinity pool. The villa was extremely well equipped with everything that was needed to cook and to have a good time for the children in the pool. There were seven of us in the group. One grandmother, four adults and two children ages 12 and 11 all of whom found everything to be just great. I would definitely go back again. A car is a must.

A fantastic break
When we first saw the pictures from the website we were sceptical that the villa would be as impressive as it appeared but we were pleasantly surprised, it was better. From the impressively cleaned rooms to the luxury pool and modern furishings Villa del Mare is a fantastic experience for a group of friends looking to get away from the city. The two separated apartments make it very appropriate for two families also. Supermarkets are not far by car to fill up the villa with supplies for many good nights looking out at the great sunsets.
Would seriously recommend to all.
