Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the shower or tub
If you moved any furniture, we’d really appreciate it if you could return it to its original spot.
If anything was accidentally damaged during your stay, no worries at all — just let us know so we can take care of it
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
QUIET HOURS: 9 p.m. - 7 a.m. outdoors (so neighbors can enjoy their peace too)
Respect the Septic System: - Only flush the three P's: pee, poop, and (toilet) paper - No wipes, tampons, or other items—they'll cause sewer backups!

Great property, very nice and very clean. Everything you need for a wonderful visit is included. House is very spacious and comfortable, consider bringing a portable lantern if you want to use the back deck or the hot tub after dark as there aren’t any lights in the back.

Great house and property. Everything was VERY clean and well maintained. The beds were not great and there’s not a lot of outdoor seating or lighting. We all definitely had a great time and weren’t unhappy.

Beautiful home, location is perfect. We spent the majority of our time on the dock and in the water. We had a blast fishing!

The place was beautiful, wish we could had gone kayaking but to cold.Much peace, enjoyed the fire pit and the grounds were emaciate. Thinking of trying to set up a summer vacation with some friends and stay for at least a week. And the wife and kids loved the hot tub.

The backyard was quite dark at night, which we loved! But we grilled burgers and could have used a little light back by the grill as we burned the burgers :). We had plenty of room for four kids and two adults. Loved the abundance of towels ready for us to use after the lake and hot tub swims. There was an excellent set up to shower off our bodies and feet before going inside. I loved listening to all of the frogs!

Fun and Relaxing

The property was everything they stated and more!! The kitchen had everything you could have imagined to prepare meals with along with the gas grill outside. There was a good assortment of games to play and we did play some of them. The outside is very well maintained and there are kayaks there to use so you don’t have to rent them. A 15 minute ride will get you to several different area attractions which makes it a great location. We have absolutely no complaints with this VRBO.
