The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you may need. A built-in filtered water dispenser is inside the fridge and the coffee station is perfect for a hot cup before your day begins.

The separate workspace in the front is perfect for winding down with a book or catching up on some work at the desk, with plenty of sunlight from the large window. Bring your laptop to enjoy the Studio display!

The split floor plan has the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, large walk-in closet with two large windows overlooking the private backyard. The master bathroom has a tiled shower and jet tub for relaxing. On the other side of the home are two bedrooms (one queen and one full bed) and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with dedicated switches for a comfortable night’s rest.

The 4K HDR 240Hz smart television also has a Roku in guest mode for easy access to your personal streaming platforms with the high speed wifi.

Outside you'll find a private backyard nestled up to woods with a screened in patio and a Weber grill to enjoy.

Washer and dryer use is available to guests, as well as the neighborhood playground and tennis court.
