Relax and unwind in this open, modern three bedroom, two bathroom home. When you arrive you'll have parking for up to four vehicles, including covered parking in the garage if desired. Inside you'll enter into a large great room open to the dining area and kitchen.

The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you may need for a night in. A built-in, filtered water dispenser is inside the fridge and the coffee station is perfect for a hot cup before your day begins.

The separate workspace in the front is perfect for winding down with a book or catching up on some work at the desk, with plenty of sunlight from the large window. Bring your MacBook and enjoy the Studio Display!

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk-in closet, full size mirror, with two large windows overlooking the private backyard. The master bathroom has a tiled shower and jet tub for relaxing. On the other side of the home are two bedrooms (one queen and one full bed) and a second full bathroom. Enjoy a cool and comfortable night's rest as all bedrooms have ceiling fans and 100% cotton bedding (no plastic aka polyester sheets).

The 4K HDR 240Hz smart television also has a Roku in guest mode for easy access to use your personal streaming platforms with the high speed wifi.

Outside you'll find a private backyard nestled up to woods with a screened in patio and a Weber grill to enjoy.

Washer and dryer use is available to guests, as well as the neighborhood playground and tennis court.
