The property was a great home base for our family during our vacation to the mountains. The kids loved the bunk room and the pool was great. The townhouse was clean and well stocked. The complex was quiet, a great place for a family to stay.

Heated outdoor pool and Hot tub were great, the kids could have played out there for hours. Host was quick to reply and checking in was fast and easy. Everything was tidy and clean when we arrived, would stay here again. Thanks!

This place exceeded my expectations! We stayed here with our four kids and everyone enjoyed it very much. Parking is a breeze, avaliable just outside the front door of the unit, and the proximity to the pool, just outside the back door of the unit, was appareciate by both parents and kids! The property was quiet, beautifully landscaped, and the pool even larger than it looked in the photos.The unit itself was clean, and the bedrooms perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook for 6 in. Tina was a great host, checking in with us regularly and having clear and thoughtful communication.

Cutest stay!

We absolutely loved our time at this property and the managers were so lovely to communicate!! They answered any questions we had and were just so kind the entire time we were there! The property itself was adorable! So well decorated and perfect for our group! We loved all the amenities (hot tub and heated pool) as well!! A wonderful stay! We would absolutely come back!

We have stayed at many places in Canmore, but Mystic Springs has always been our favourite. The pool is warm and clean and is never over crowded. The property is so well maintained and beautiful. The location of Mystic Springs is walking distance to everywhere. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Parking was right outside the door which made it easy to unpack and pack. Communication with the owner was so easy and immediate. We will definitely book again!

Stayed here in May 2026. The room was IMMACUATELY clean--I can't say I've seen a cleaner room in all of my previous hotel stays. We had everything we needed for our stay, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need--the high chair and playpen/crib was awesome to have for our little one. The beds were really comfortable as described in other reviews. The heating and cooling worked great in the unit as we needed a bit of both during our stay. If I was going to recommend anything to the host it would be better communication--nothing major but i asked a few questions immediately after booking and they weren't answered with clarity/i had to re-ask the same question later.
