The cleaning fee pays for a third-party professional housekeeping company to turn our home. They are responsible for ensuring cleanliness onsite. A list of cleaning services performed by the company can be supplied at your request.
** We are committed to cleaning. We sanitize and disinfect all door knobs, light switches, and all frequently touched surfaces. When you arrive, please inspect the property for cleanliness. If anything is not acceptable, do not hesitate to notify us.

**Important** Please make sure your reservation matches the number of guests in your group. We do our best to provide a number of items onsite to enhance guests' stay such as a bath towel for every guest, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoos, soaps, tea and coffee.

When you book our home, we will send you a message for the door code 1 hour prior to arrival. Check yourself in with the keypad that is changed after each visit for a private stay.

-In order to keep our home allergen free for our guests, we do not allow smoking (including electronic cigarettes) in of the house. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for a violation of this rule.

- Quite hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the home shall not disturb neighbors. Noise must be kept to a minimum, as this is a quiet neighborhood. If it is evident you are having a party, you will be asked to leave. If the noise too loud, we will send you a text message or even a call to remind.

- Disclaimer: There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back door and garage for the safety of our tenants, occupancy numbers, and for the security of the residence and owners. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view.

- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or loss of personal items of any guest.

- The booking person is 100% responsible, please be straight forward, if anything has been broken, damaged, or stained. Please do not move furniture around.
