The home was in a nice neighborhood and very quiet. It is great for families. However, we were not able to have meals there as there was not appropriate cook and bakeware. We did not have oven mitts, dish towels or a cutting board. There was a larger one but it was on the floor between the fridge and counter. I didn’t elect to use it. We didn’t have hand towels in any of the bathrooms. They didn’t leave extra towels or wash cloths. We could not find simple cleaning supplies to clean up as we needed to. Overall, there were things we had to bring or go get to have the things we needed. It’s a nice home just need a few things to make it better.

Thank you for your response to comment but it jus simply isn’t true. There were a host of cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink as well as in the pantry located inside of the kitchen. There were brand new pots and pans under the cabinet and mittens in both drawers in the kitchen. Also face towels were located in each bathroom and bedroom. I know this to be true because they were used and placed in the laundry room for cleaning. This review is simply unfair and unwarranted. You never once mentioned the welcome amenities you all cleaned out, 5 star service and response rates on my behalf I requested that if you needed anything to don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks again for your stay however the review is simply not acceptable. Thanks for the constructive criticism however the things mentioned were all provided to and for you.
