Family Getaway
The directions to the cabin were accurate and easy to use. The area is very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the view from the cabin decks. The family played pool and hung out in the late evenings. Thank you to the owners for sharing their lovely cabin with us.

Amazing view
The house was overall amazing. Large comfortable beds, comfortable sitting areas and the most amazing deck with the most amazing view. We had 9 people in the house- 5 kids (ages 7-17) and 4 adults. The only thing that might have made it better was instead of 4 king beds to maybe have one room with 2 twins or something where the teens didn’t have to share a bed (siblings fight and so that created tension with who gets the big bed and who has to sleep on the couch). But at the end of the day- that has nothing to do with the house and how amazing it was. It did work out well- the view man- worth everything. It was great to have a large enough kitchen to cook several meals and a dining room table to seat us all. Sally was so easy to communicate with and was helpful on recommendations for our trip. 100% would do this place again.

Great place in the Smokey Mountains!
We had a great time at this cabin! I would definitely recommend it to others. We would love to go back sometime. The place has great views; including, each day we were there, we saw bears around the place and we all thought that was exciting. Being at the end of the road, it had plenty of parking and was very secluded. It's really close to the Great Smokey Mountains park entrance and Townsend! We enjoyed ice cream down in Townsend each night. We had some multi-aged kids as well as some elderly grandparents and the place worked out great for everyone with plenty of space. The air hockey, pool table, and foosball were definitely used. The wifi worked well too. We went to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg each day too and that worked out well. Thanks for sharing your great mountain cabin with us. It was a great place for a summer family vacation. You did a great job with your communications. I really appreciated your welcome text and the instructions on the refrigerator. Thank you!!!

We both grew up in Arkansas but with school have lived in Texas, Florida, Tennessee and Maryland. We eventually ended up in the Nashville area.
Our favorite family vacation is hiking, especially in the Smokies. We are trying to hit all the national parks with our kids.

Why they chose this property

We love the outdoors which is what drew us to this beautiful secluded cabin. We bought the cabin to have a vacation home that our kids would be drawn back to every year as they get older. We hope you and your family will enjoy it as much as we do and will use it to lure your family back together at special times.

What makes this property unique

We love the seclusion of the cabin and the changing views from the porch. Every 15 minutes the shadows and clouds have changed the incredible views off the deck. We also like the the easy access to the park and love being able to sneak in through Maryville instead of getting stuck in the traffic of Pigeon Forge.
We come to the Smokies to get away from it all. This cabin allows you to do that while still being within striking distance of all the go karts, funnel cake, and outlet malls we can handle.
The 9 acres has a stream and waterfall which was an added bonus we discovered after we bought it. Our kids have now become expert salamander hunters in the creek below the falls.
