Private swimming pool, grill and terrace. it is an excellent option for family and groups. it is just 10 minutes to get to the beach and the heart of the 5th avenue. In just 3 minutes you get to a restaurante and bar zone. you also have market, grocery, shopping mall in 5 minutes. The room has all you need to feel comfortable, T.V., WIFI, minibar, coffeemaker, bottled water, closet, and all the amenities you need.

Beautiful gated and secure community with only 8 homes total in the secured area.

It was quite and secure with the land owners living on the property. They were extremely gracious host and beautiful people. We became friends very quickly and I will return to this property in the future.

Great quiet stay!

Nice, private stay. Plenty of storage space. Would be nice to have an accent chair as a few times I snacked while sitting on the bed and I don't like eating on the bed. Restroom is nice looking but has a tight space, I'm 6ft and was barely able to move around in there. The landlords are very friendly and offer suggestions on what to do locally. I rented out the Jetta and it was a very cool ride!

Why they chose this property

The first time we visited Playa del Carmen we fell in love with the place, so we decided to look for a house, the zone where is located our property is in a private residential zone with an electric gate, the houses around are not that close. But what we like the most is the terrace and the swimming pool just for us.

What makes this property unique

Security and tranquility are very important, but the most important thing is the privacy you will have in the swimming pool and terrace.
