Not the Host’s Responsibility
Noise from outside or other apartments: The building is in an urban setting and units are next to each other but remain private. Noise from neighbors or the street is beyond the host’s control.
Window coverings or fixtures provided by the building: These are managed by building management. The host cannot be held responsible for their absence or quality.
Building-wide issues (elevators, hallways, exterior conditions, common areas, etc.): These are under building management’s responsibility, not the host’s.
Seasonal or environmental factors (such as midges or insects in Cleveland): These are natural occurrences in the area and are not due to lack of cleanliness in the unit.

Parking Information:
Privilege parking is available for guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that limited slots are available, so we recommend arriving early to secure a spot. This option provides convenient access, allowing you to park close to the property.
While availability isn’t guaranteed, if parking is full, guests may explore nearby parking alternatives or use paid parking nearby for a small fee.
As per building management policy, only one vehicle is allowed to be parked and registered per reservation. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the parking garage or outside the garage. However, paid parking options are available nearby for any extra vehicles.
Linens and Sofa Bed Reminder: We do not provide extra towels, blankets, and sheets for the sofa bed. If you plan to use it, feel free to bring your own. Linens are provided for the queen bed, but for the sofa bed, please bring your own blankets and sheets to ensure a comfortable stay.

To comply with legal and security regulations, guests need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, pass through our verification portal, and possibly complete a criminal background check. This information is used solely for screening and verification and is not stored for any other purposes. Guests must sign a rental usage agreement, agreeing to the rental terms, providing a valid ID before check-in, and possibly undergoing a background check if required. Check-in instructions will be provided after successful verification.
Guests must complete verification within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day bookings. Failure to meet verification criteria may result in cancellation.
ID & Selfie Verification:
For compliance with building policies and to ensure safety, we also require a photo ID and a selfie of all individuals staying in the unit. This is to confirm that all persons on-site are authorized to be there.
Pets are allowed based on size and must be disclosed upfront to avoid cancellation. Additional pet cleaning fees are as follows:
1-4 Nights: $25 per pet, per day
5-29 Nights: $200 per pet
30+ Nights: $300 per pet
Only cats and dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets. If undeclared pets are discovered, fees will double.
To ensure seamless access to the premises, take care of key fobs, as replacements cost $500 each.
To maintain cleanliness, please avoid leaving trash in front of your unit door, as non-compliance may result in a $250 charge. Use designated bins and trash chutes near the elevator on each floor.
Our standard check-in time is 4 PM. However, we are checking with our cleaning supervisor to see if an early check-in at 2 PM can be accommodated for a $35 fee. Please note that any request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed. If you set a different check-in or check-out time on Airbnb, it will not be honored, as our standard check-in time remains 4 PM and our check-out time is 10 AM.
Reminder: Food seasonings and herbs are not provided in the accommodation. Please feel free to bring any specific seasonings or herbs you may want to use during your stay!

House Rules
Please read carefully before booking. By reserving this listing, you agree to the following:
1. **ID Verification**: A government-issued photo ID is required before booking.
2. **No Parties or Unauthorized Guests**:
* Security cameras are installed at the entrance and a **noise detector** is placed inside the unit.
* The **noise detector does not record audio**; it only monitors noise levels (in decibels) to detect loud disturbances or potential parties.
* This is in place to ensure a peaceful environment and prevent unauthorized events.
* Unauthorized gatherings will lead to police involvement, immediate eviction, and no refund.
* A $100 fee applies per unauthorized guest.
3. **No Drugs or Smoking**:
* Strictly no smoking or drug use inside the unit or anywhere in the building.
* Violations will result in **immediate eviction**, **no refund**, and a **$1,000 cleaning fee** for smoking or intoxication.
4. **No Mail Delivery**:
* Due to security and building policies, there is **no mailbox access**, and **mail or packages cannot be delivered** to the unit.
5. **Starter Supplies Provided**:
* We provide **starter packs** of toilet paper and paper towels.
* Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.
6. **No Extra Linens Provided**:
* Extra towels, blankets, or sofa bed sheets are **not provided**.
* Guests are welcome to bring their own if needed.
7. **Check-in Time**:
* Standard check-in is at **4:00 PM**.
* Early check-in at **2:00 PM** may be available for a **$35 fee**, subject to prior approval.
8. **Check-out Time**:
* Strictly **10:00 AM**.
* Custom check-in or check-out times set via Airbnb will **not be honored** unless approved in advance.
9. **Key Fob & Access Information**:
* Each reservation includes **one key fob and one keycafe tag** for access to the building, elevator, and parking garage.
* Only one set is issued per unit. If you’re traveling with others, please coordinate use.
* Lost items will incur a replacement fee and may result in access restrictions.
* A **self-generated keypad code** for the unit will be provided via your boarding pass—please complete this before check-in for a smooth arrival.
10. **Parking Policy**:
* Only **one (1) registered vehicle** is permitted per reservation, in compliance with building management rules.
* **No additional vehicles** are allowed in the garage or on the property.
* Guests with extra vehicles must use **paid parking nearby**.
