Charming bungalow in the heart of Miami
Experience Miami like a local in this lovely 1-bedroom bungalow. This tranquil retreat offers all the comforts you need, from WiFi to a washing machine. Guests can unwind in the peaceful surroundings and enjoy a relaxing stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
The restored 1925 bungalow has an open floor plan, with a large bathroom, chefs kitchen, lots of light, quietly tucked away in a Lucious garden. It stain the Heart of Little Havana on a historic avenue with a beautiful, tree lined, pedestrian walkway.
The space has been beautiful curated with everything you may need on vacation, from sun block to bikes! You won’t want to leave.

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to downtown and its deep roots in the Cuban community. Our neighborhood offers a safe, pedestrian friendly walkways, with tree lined streets and friendly neighbors. We grown up and lived in our neighborhood for over 40 years and love that we live near city proper, beaches, museums, and public parks.
What makes this property unique
What makes us unique is our proximity to everything in Miami. You will not find a more central location. We are also in a quiet neighborhood where you can find respite from the hustle of Miami, while still feeling connected. You are also detached from the main house, giving every guest privacy and security. It’s perfect!
