We had a great stay. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The bed was perfect and love how the air conditioning was gentle and not blowing freezing air. The Westin shuttle service was friendly and easy. This is a great spot to stay.

Room was not inhabitable because of foul odor. Host was responsive and we were able to move the day after check in to another, but lesser, unit. They were responsive to request for consideration

There was an issue with the air conditioning in the condo we booked so we received a different room. Thankful there was another condo available at the property. Room switch was relatively seamless. The Westin is very nice with great amenities and easy access to restaurants in Avon and Beaver Creek. Summer in CO is amazing with a lot to do and beautiful weather. Kitchenette was very nice with coffee, fridge, stove top and microwave available for morning coffee and small bites. I would book again.

The host and hotel were all awesome! Host was super attentive and quick with responses. The hotel was perfect! We really enjoyed the full service food and drink in the lobby. Hotel transportation was super convenient. The tall ceilings being on the 9th floor made the unit feel much more spacious. We enjoyed all 11 days with 2 adults and 2 kids between 9-11.
