About this property
Screened-in porch and a deck in rear of house. COMMUNITY POOL and TENNIS COURTS
This is a very nice 4 bedroom, 2- 1/2 bath house within one and a half blocks to the beach and close to town. The first floor features an open layout with a kitchen, dining area, and living area with a 3-season room off the back as well as a deck for relaxing! There is also a bonus room equipped with a full-size sleeper sofa. A convenient half bathroom is accessible from both the bonus room and the hallway. The second floor includes four bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a private en suite full bathroom. Two bedrooms each include two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. A full bathroom is located in the hallway for shared use. POOL and TENNIS COURTS are shared by multiple houses. Pool is open from Memorial Day until the 3rd week in September.
