Frontline Estepona Penthouse Duplex With Roof Top Terrace & Hot Tub

On the frontline beach, in the heart of Estepona and with sea views over the Med & towards Morocco, this stunning penthouse has just been refurbished and is beautifully decorated to the highest standards. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 2 terraces on 2 floors, a fully decorated 100 square meter roof terrace with a hot tub, dining area, and exterior kitchen sink & fridge. The building boasts its own roof top pool & tennis courts for the exclusive use of owners and guest, on the 5th floors. Fiber Optic Wi-Fi , IPTV, & Parking included. Fully air conditioned. 

Only a 1 minute walk from the beach and Estepona old town, you really do not need a car for this property. On the lower floor, the beautifully decorated large living room and dining room has 180º views over the Med and a private small terrace with a lounge seating area. On this ground floor, we have 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king size bed , and a lovely relax area with a sofa which opens up as a bed, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom is a twin with a second bathroom and walk in shower. The brand new kitchen has all high end Bosch appliances, dishwasher, washer dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The third bedroom is upstairs, has a queen size double bed and its own beautifully tiled Moroccan bathroom. It is located on the top floor with direct access to the private roof terrace.While the apartment is all on one level , the duplex has a narrow spiral staircase to reach the roof and 3rd bedroom so if you are bringing children /people with mobility issues or older people they can stay in the lower floort.Please note it is a spiral staircase to go up (as some people may find that uncomfortable).

There is a large 60" curved smart HD TV with TV and satellite movie channels as well as Netflix.
From the stunning roof terrace which has the most amazing 360º views, you can dine al fresco, enjoy the outdoors & relax in the hot tub. it has been beautifully designed with terracotta tiles and a lounge area for 10 people. It is a very private and unique space where you can entertain and relax with the whole family. 
Fully air conditioned, it is available for short term rentals and longer monthly lets during the winter months.
Included for our guest’s comfort:
Our guests will receive a welcome basket with breakfast, water, coffee and snacks on arrival. Soaps and toilet paper are provided and some basic cleaning products. 
Sheets, towels, and beach towels are included 
Weekly housekeeping is included (in stays over 11 nights). 
In monthly discounted rentals housekeeping is included every 2 weeks.
Washing machine & Dryer/Dishwasher/Iron/ Microwave/Ice machine/ Oven Hob/Nespresso Coffee machine/Kettle/Toaster
PLEASE NOTE: 
During the winter months, we do special offers depending on the nº of guests, and longer lets (at reduced prices) so the cleaning is every 2 weeks . And electricity is charged on a cost basis, so we will let you know how much it is.

The parking space entrance under the building is narrow so please book a smaller car so it is easier for you.



If you have not yet done so and once you have made your travel arrangements, we will need your telephone number, flight nºs , arrival and departure times, and how you will be traveling from the airport so we can meet you at the property; We normally can check you straight in and drop the luggage and a few days before arrival we can let you know the exact time and which member of our team will check you in.

Please note: Arrivals on Sundays & late nights are not usually possible, so please check with us before you book. (If we were able to check you in late, there will be a 50 Euros surcharge).

When you are leaving the airport in the rental car do SMS or call us so we can meet you promptly on arrival. Do inform us if there are any delays.

We will let you know which one of the team will be checking you in a few days before. We kindly ask you to please not stop on the way and come at the prearranged time , in the supermarket or to eat, as we are very busy in summer, and proud of our planning , and this helps us not to keep other guests waiting (PS also we do have drinks on arrival for you. ready)

Check-in is by prior appointment . If your arrival is earlier than 4 pm, you may check in, drop off the luggage and get the keys while apartment is being prepared.

CHECK OUT & DEPARTURE: Check out is 11am.
To depart , you can take car out of garage and place all keys back inside + garage remote. We have a key so we can come an lock up.
Please turn off all lights & AC, and close windows.
We are very proud of our housekeeping, so we kindly ask you to leave house tidy upon departure and to please remove all rubbish, and perishables from the fridge. Please don’t leave dirty dishes. Please hang wet towels in bathroom.

We include the exit cleaning & laundry in the price, but if we need to do any extra hours/washing we will let you know the cost. Thank you for your understanding!

BREAKAGES: If there is anything you need in the house, please let me know, as well as any breakages.
If anything should break, please let me know straight away so we can put it right during your stay.


ESTEPONA:
Estepona a midsized town, once a quiet fishing town, it is a little smaller than the busy Marbella and very family friendly. It has a beautifully kept old historical part, with cobbled streets and a typical Andalucian feel. The town centre is pedestrian and the streets are beautifully decorated with lovely potted geraniums. It has an Orchidarium and botanical garden, the largest in Europe. Also it is famous for its street murals and there is a very interesting walking tour to see over 30 of them. There are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and tapas bars. At night it is lovely to go out and dine here and enjoy the atmosphere. 
On Wednesday they have a large outdoor market, with ceramics, clothes and fresh fruit and vegetables. The port has a Sunday Market and many restaurants. There are 2 ports nearby, Estepona Port and also Duquesa Port, with plenty of nightlife and restaurants. 
Another recommendation is to drive or cycle up to Sierra Bermeja mountain and its national park, over 1500 meters above sea level from here you can enjoy stunning views and nature. From here you can also visit the local white villages of Gaucin, Casares, Jubrique and Genaguacil “the village of the artists”. 
Also we have our own Safari park Selwo, which is 10 minutes by car, and many different beaches and resorts. Estepona also has outdoor karting for the kids. In Algeciras there is a great Aquapark which is only 30 minutes away. 
THINGS TO DO WHILE YOU ARE HERE: 
From here you can easily make day trips to Gibraltar and Morocco as well as the Alhambra in Granada and Cordoba and Sevilla. In Granada during the winter months we can also go on day trips skiing to the Sierra Nevada. 
Also not to be missed is the stunning town of Ronda, which is an hour and a half drive up the mountains. 
We also recommend a visit to Tarifa, the windiest city in Europe, and Kite Surf heaven. Tarifa is a beautiful historical Moorish town between the Atlantic coast and the Mediterranean with pristine white sandy beaches and natural dunes.

I am Tania Cozzi , and own Bright Property Management. I live and work in Estepona, on the Western Costa del Sol. I am half Dutch, quarter British and quarter Italian but have lived here almost my whole life so I feel more Spanish than anything else.
I studied Hotel Management, and since 2016 own a boutique management and rental company called Bright Property Management and Alcazaba Lagoon Rentals. I love my work, and started helping with my family & friend's properties rentals. I now have a small team, my coleagues, Carlos to help with check-ins and Debbie who takes care of admin, as well as some lovely cleaning ladies Juani & Aroa.
I have traveled a lot and know how important it is to arrive, and everything is taken care off. We hope to make your stay as lovely as possible. I am around if you need me. You will probably find me around Estepona, a very special small sea side town, with lots of great restaurants and an amazing beach promenade that goes on for miles, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing break. :-)

The view, the space and unique location with no cars, just the sea. Only a 1 minute walk from the beach and Estepona old town, you really do not need a car for this property.
We are only 60 minutes from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 30 minutes by car.
