PRIVATE screened in balcony perfect to enjoy the panoramic view or relax after a day at the beach or pool! Take in the ocean breezes with morning coffee or evening cocktails! The condo also features a new washer and dryer in the unit, new King size bed with 40" ROKU Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. We also have a Wireless Printer in case a little "work with a view" is needed! Just outside the unit is a storage box with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and pickleball equipment for your convenience during your stay. The condo is located by the pool and new beach access boardwalk.
