Bottom floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, pool table, family room, bathroom, and our bunkroom. There are a total of 9 beds (3 queen beds and 3 full over full bunk beds). Our CordaRoy bean bags also fold out into full sized beds to provide an additional 6 beds.
