We have 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms plus a 1/2 bath. Every bedroom has a bathroom either attached or adjacent to it, including 3 full ensuites.

The Movie Theater is pretty amazing, with wonderfully comfortable seats and plenty of space for lounging and roaming.

This is a fully gated and secured resort, near the amazing Disneyworld property and within easy reach to other major attractions.

Guests have access to the entire property, we actually have a working 2 car garage and the large driveway. Up to 4 vehicles allowed per stay at the house (other unassigned parking spaces available throughout the community)-Windsor Cay does not allow for overnight street parking, so be sure to book a place where there is parking available for your vehicles.

This house is unmatched on quality and value! Be one of the first guests to stay. Included is a generous starter pack of laundry and dishwasher soaps, trash bags, coffee bar goods (Keurig pods, too), full size body wash/shampoo, hand wash soap and dishwashing liquid for your entire stay. Free baby goods include a pack and Play with sheets, High chair and removable baby safety gate for the stairs, as well as the baby safe netting on the pool deck.

The large pool and Spa can be heated for only $35 per night and is available from 10/1 to 4/30. Pool and Spa maintain the same temperature throughout. Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool to be heated for your stay.

The BBQ is always available and free to use. We have added propane tank, which we do not refill but can be easily refilled if necessary at the Walmart or LOWES (right across the road from the resort)

There is no resort charge attached to the reservation and guests are able to use all pools, slides, gym, and play areas free of charge. Some individual amenities however (such as arcade games, Put-Put Golf and the Cabanas) may have an extra nominal fee to use.
