We arrived at the location at about 915pm on 6/20/25 and there was no key to the unit in the lockbox to unlock the gate. When I contacted the Landlord she indicated that there were 3 lockboxes but: 1 had no key, the 2nd was tempered with and the code provided did not work, the 3rd was inside the locked gate and was not accessible on foot. The Landlord then asked that we wait for another guess arriving at 11pm who would have an extra key. As 2 senior women, we did not feel comfortable waiting until 11pm at night in an unfamiliar inner-city neighborhood. We told the Landlord that we would make other arrangements for the night and requested a credit for the night of 6/20/25. The Landlord originally said "of course" but never processed a credit. We checked out at 10:20 on 6/23 and realized that I left my phone charger and Boss Earbuds: I notified Landlord at 10:37 on 6/23 of the missing items. Landlord indicated they would check with the cleaners but did not follow up. I contacted landlord again on 6/24 at 1:19pm and indicated I could have someone stop by and pick up the items and the Landlord again failed to respond. On 6/29, I contacted Landlord about the Credit for the night of 6/20/25. Again, no response. On 7/8/25 at approximately 10am contacted Landlord about the credit and the items left in the unit. Landlord responded at approx. 11:08 am to come pick up the items right away. I indicated I could ask my daughter to stop by the next day, but no response yet.
