This spacious villa on the edge of the village surrounded by nature. Perfect for a quiet holiday but on the other hand very close to Pula (15 min drive) or Rovinj (25 min drive).
Located in Sveti Kirin, just short ride from the beaches - this fantastic property features 4 bedrooms and is perfect for a secluded group getaway. With amenities like heated pool, WiFi, AC, and a washing machine guests can relax and unwind in style.
The 4 bathrooms offer both showers and bathtubs for ultimate comfort.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. Both have a large double bed and private bathrooms.On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, with direct acces to terrace with sun deck and pool, kitchen dining room and two more bedrooms - one with three single beds and the second one with king bed and private bathroom.
The whole property is fenced, making it ideal for pets and children. The house has a spacious garden with a barbecue / grill and a covered terrace with 8 seats.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Die Lage ist fantastisch ohne direkte Nachbarn, das Grundstück sehr groß, ein toller Pool und das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man brauch. Mit Kindern super die Abends noch laut sein können und zu später Uhrzeit in den Pool hüpfen. Wir würden wieder hinfahren und hier buchen.
