Spend a relaxing summer vacation in this Istrian semi-detached house with outdoor pool in the quiet village of Golubovo. The vacation home stands on a spacious and fenced plot, which includes an olive grove. Since the domicile consists of two separate apartments, it is ideal for two families or a group of friends who want to travel together and still keep your privacy. One apartment is located on the first floor, while the second is spread over the first floor and the second floor. On the first floor terrace with a massive wooden table you will have enough space to spend social hours outdoors and at the barbecue. The owner is a professional fisherman, there is a possibility to organize a boat trip with him. You will be introduced to special fishing skills or you can simply be taken by boat to swim or go on an excursion on Brijuni.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und spricht sogar deutsch. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Wir konnten auf der großen Terasse, als auch auf der wunderschönen Dachterasse super entspannen und essen. Es gibt eine kleine Außenküche inkl. Grill. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und war unser absolutes Highlight. Wir, 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus und kommen gerne wieder.

Gepflegtes Objekt in sehr guter Lage

Die Vermieterin spricht Deutsch und ist sehr gut organisiert. (Mappe mit vielen Infos). Auf Fragen (WhatsApp) antwortete sie immer schnell. Wechselbettwäsche und Handtücher zur neuen Woche gab es auch. Sie war sehr freundlich, verkauft auch eigenes Olivenöl und bietet Bootstouren über ihren Mann an. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Bäder waren neu und sehr sauber. Es gab zwei große Kühlschränke mit Eisfach je Wohnung. Lediglich an Frühstücksmessern und Schneidebrettchen herrscht etwas Mangel, aber das kann man ja organisieren oder mitbringen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Entfernung zum nächsten Strand beträgt ca. 3,5 km. (zwischen Peroj und Barbariga). Dieser ist abseits der Touristenströme nie überfüllt und sehr schön (Felsstrand+Wald+Glasklares Wasser). Man ist schnell in Vodnjan, Bale oder auch in Pula oder Rovinj. (Max. 30 Minuten) sodass man einen guten Startpunkt für Ausflüge hat. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
