Excelente espaço para diversão em amigoa

Caso em condomínio muito organizado com portaria, segurança 24 horas, playground, quadra de futebol, basquete e campo de futebol. Suíte máster gigantesca, muito agradável. Casa muito espaçosa, e bem aparelhada (inclusive com brinquedos infantis). Área de churrasqueira e piscina também muito espaçosa e agradável. Negociação com o dono excelente, bem tranquila do início ao fim. Ganharia nota 11 se a piscina fosse climatizada e se tivesse ventilador de teto. Mas realmente excelente.
