The house boasts three inviting and well-appointed bedrooms:

The luxurious master bedroom offers a wall of mirrors behind the headboard of a King bed, a spacious window seat for lounging, and a walk-in closet with built-ins. There is an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 features a cozy California King bed, complemented by armchairs with large slider door that opens to a small front patio and a dedicated chiminea. A wonderful place to read a book or listen to the world go by.

Bedroom 3 includes a Queen bed and a fully mirrored sliding door closet, adding elegance and functionality to the space.

Each room is color coordinated to cater to rest and relaxation. All include clocks, bedside lamps, trash cans, laundry baskets, luggage racks, and blinds/curtains/or shades.

The ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom offers a modern, elegant space with a see-through glass shower area with a sunken tub. There is a Hollywood style vanity alcove, and a large mirror over the sink. A walled, Asian-style Garden, ensures both light and privacy.

The second bathroom features another walled garden, bringing the outdoors to you. A small barn door opens the space. There are walls of glass tile. It has a walk-in bathtub inside a walk-in shower. There is a lovely sink area featuring a round mirror.

Both bathrooms combine thoughtful design and functionality. Complete with basic essentials and fluffy towel sets, all bathrooms provide for comfort and luxury. They cater to your luxury needs and relaxation.

The second dining area is a serene front patio, accessible through the kitchen slider. Enclosed by walls and surrounded by vibrant flora—succulents, plumeria, orchids, and blooming jacaranda—it offers seating for six in a peaceful garden setting. Frequent visits from hummingbirds make it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. At night, light one of the two chimineas to enjoy marshmallows and stargazing.

HOUSE RULES:
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.**
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property.
3) Quiet hours 9pm-9am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.
4) Must be 25 years and older to book.
5) No pets allowed.
6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
