Welcome to your single level apartment in the vibrant Limoilou district, perfectly configured for groups up to eight guests across two comfortable bedrooms and a full bath stocked with essentials, shampoo, and body soap. Arriving by car is stress-free with guaranteed free parking on premises and a convenient EV charger available. The fully-equipped kitchen provides a stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer, along with cooking basics, a coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses for preparing group meals, easily cleaned up by the dishwasher. For work or connectivity, the private dedicated workspace features fast Wifi and an Ethernet connection. Year-round comfort is assured by the window AC unit and efficient heating. You have ample clothing storage, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets, plus an in-unit washer and dryer for extended comfort, making long term stays allowed. Step out to the shared backyard to use the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area under a mosquito net. Our location is fantastic for exploring Limoilou: you are steps from the trendy shops and restaurants on 3e Avenue, a short walk to Le Grand Marché for local provisions, and near the large green space of Parc Cartier-Brébeuf.
