I'm so sorry for your bad experience. We aim to make every guest's experience a great one and we are always happy to fix any issues when given the chance.
Though "No response" seems misleading. My response with apologies and refund for the night you didn't stay came that day. If you had reached out before the day of checkout, we could've relocated you to a different cabin to fix the issue.
Thank you for notifying me so that we had time to fix it before the next guest checked in.
