The location on Fort Meyers Beach and the view from this property is EVERYTHING! It really is like being on a tropical island. The inside is beautifully decorated, the beds were super comfy and the owners were extremely accommodating. Our family will definitely stay here again this fall.

Beach lovers delight

Property was just as described. Fantastic location right on the beach. The property was very clean and offered everything one could want for a beach getaway. We have stayed on Fort Myers Beach / Estero Island many times, and this was our favorite so far. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this one!

Relaxing on the beach

Our unit at Seaside was wonderful, exactly as described, clean and cozy. The screened lanai was lovely, and a great place to watch the sunsets. The owner was wonderfully responsive to any problems, always reached out immediately to us. And the beach is incredible! Being across the street from the Publix was perfect since we didn’t have a car.

Perfect Place to Relax!!!

This condo was everything we could have wanted. Just like the pictures. Beautifully decorated and very clean with everything you need to stay! Host was very attentive and was checking on us all the time. We’re already making plans to our next stay. Sooner than later.

Seaside Condo FMB

We came for a warm getaway and we’re very pleased with the property/condo! Everything was as described and the condo was very clean. We enjoyed the morning/evening walks on the beach, swimming in the pool and visiting Times Square. The Publix across the street was very convenient! The host was very responsive and made sure everything was going well. We can’t wait to visit again!

Gorgeous condo with stunning views of the Gulf!

The condo was updated and decorated perfectly. The view of the gulf from the lanai was spectatucular. The condo was located in a more quiet part of the island but perfectly spaced far enough away of the excitement of shops and restaurants at the top of the island and the end of the island as you head over to the Bonita beaches. Having a Publix across the street is a plus although it is a smaller version of a normal size store but still has most things you need. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Family Getaway

Overall property was a great property. We enjoyed being right on the beach and the view from the balcony was amazing. The only thing I wish was a little different was the blind on the window in the master bedroom let’s a lot of light in the morning. We enjoy sleeping in while we are on vacation. It was a tad difficult to sleep in because of the light coming in. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at your condo. Thank you

Girl's Trip May 2021

Beautiful property and unit. Very calm and quiet. Only problem we had was transportation to other areas of the strip. The trolley is not dependable and Times Square was not within walking distance. Would strongly recommend renting bikes or making sure you have the Uber app. Publix across the street was fabulous! We are definitely going back!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We had an amazing time again! The kids loved it so much last year we returned again this year and they are begging to come back next year. Everything was super clean and Caesar is wonderful to work with. I really liked the new check in process with the code instead of the key. The condo had everything that we needed for the beach as well as in the kitchen. We ate on the lanai every single day. The view is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. Thank you for sharing with us again this year and allowing us to make wonderful memories!!!!

Fantastic location

Had a wonderful time! Condo was everything it was promised to be. Caesar was super quick to reply with an answer to my question. We had no issues whatsoever. Loved all of the beach accessories. I never even thought about needing a cooler so to have one was awesome! We ate every meal on the lanai! By the second day my family was telling me to book for next year. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us! We had our best family vacation yet and are looking forward to next year!!

Beautiful beach getaway

The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. My husband and I were able to enjoy a few evenings on the deck, drinking a bottle of wine and watching the amazing sunset. The unit was larger than we needed, but could easily accommodate a family of 4. The property is well maintained and pool and all common areas were clean and well managed. No rental car needed as there is a grocery store across the street, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We did rent a scooter to take us around to a few other spots, as well as Lovers Key (a must see!!) We could have used a beach umbrella, as the afternoon sun was intense but other than that we had zero complaints! We will definitely book this property again.

Fabulous 50th birthday weekend!

This is one of the best properties we've stayed (and we've stayed at many!). First and foremost, the responsiveness of the owners is superior. They answered every question and did so within minutes. They made any "wrong" completely right -- and there were not many wrongs. Our one wrong was a missing key to the stairs and that the key didn't work where it should -- it got corrected very quickly. This condo is THE cleanest we've ever stayed -- immaculate! We are super, super picky, too. The entire property/building/pool/grill area -- all so well-kept and clean (we are clean freaks). The location is great, too, with the Publix right across the street. The kitchen was well-stocked and they even had a cute "starter" package of supplies when we arrived (paper towels, dish soap, pods for dishes, toilet paper). There are many good restaurants within a short drive, possibly biking distance (we rented a car for convenience). The beach is beautiful and clean (though, I wouldrecommend some water shoes, tennis shoes or good flip flops for walking on the beach because there are a lot of shells). The lanai had a good-sized table, where we ate almost all of our meals -- and the view is unbelievable. I personally loved that it is screened in because the bugs like to eat ME. Overall, this condo and the owners are just awesome and we are already planning on coming back next year. You can't go wrong here. We loved it!

Great Vacation Condo!

Our fist cousin’s trip to Fort Myer’s Beach was great!The condo was in a great location and provided us everything we needed. The beach was a treat being so close and the lawn chairs on the edge of the beach couldn’t have been any more enjoyable. In addition, the requirement to use a code to access the elevator area helped us feel safe and secure in the building. We would definitely recommend this location and condo for your stay.

Beautiful Views

Great property. I recently gave birth and this was my first time traveling with my newborn. It was an amazing stay. House was beautiful and comfortable for our party. The views are breathtaking and was the perfect getaway I needed. Any questions I had were immediately addressed by Caesar and Alicia. They were great host and would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area.

The condo was clean and cozy. Equipped with everything we needed. The location was great. Quiet beach and a grocery store right across the street. Trolley stop right out front and just a 10 minute ride to times square. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Amazing place to stay in FMB

We had the best experience staying here on our first trip to Fort Myers Beach! The condo was beautiful and the owners were helpful when we needed anything including providing us ahead of our trip with a list of places to visit (this helped us preorder bikes and decide where to eat!). My favorite part was the location. We were right on the beach which was less crowded as it was about 2 miles south of the busy Times Square area. Yet, with bikes and the trolley system, we were able to easily visit the touristy attractions. I give this place a 5 star!! Would definitely visit again!

When we first walked in it smelled cleaned and sanitized! The owners had amazing communication. They had everything you need to enjoy the beach. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were amazing even the sleeper soda! We will definitely stay again. We are from up north so the summer months in Florida are slower and the beach was empty. It was so nice for us!

Beautiful Condo in a Quiet Beach Location

The condo was perfect for our family-of-four beach stay. The location was very convenient - right across the street from Publix, a short drive to the pier, and right on a private section of Ft. Myers beach. The condo itself was very nice, and we loved the enclosed balcony (no bugs!), which has a fantastic view of the gulf. We did not use the pool, but we did use the laundry facilities. We would definitely consider staying here on a future visit to Ft. Myers!
